ANN IS NO LONGER PRESENTING THE 5 WEEK WORKSHOP DUE TO THE INCREASE IN HER PRIVATE SESSIONS. VARIATIONS OF THIS WORKSHOP ARE AVAILABLE ON A PRIVATE 1:1 BASIS AS WELL AS SEMI-PRIVATE GROUPS.

ANN IS ALSO AVAILABLE TO PRESENT STRESS REDUCTION TECHNIQUES TO BUSINESSES LOOKING TO DECREASE EMPLOYEE STRESS & INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY.




TRANSFORMATION YOGA THERAPY GROUP FOR STRESS REDUCTION, ANXIETY & DEPRESSION. SUPPORTIVE DISCUSSION & EDUCATION FOLLOWED BY RESTORATIVE, HEALING ASANAS(POSTURES), PRANAYAMA(BREATH WORK), & MEDITATIVE RELAXATION.
PARTICIPANTS WILL GAIN A GREATER UNDERSTANDING OF THEIR OWN PATTERNS OF BEHAVIOR & EMOTIONS LEARNING TO REGULATE & SELF-SOOTH THROUGH THE TECHNIQUE OF DEEP RELAXATION.

 




DIFFERENT FROM TRADITIONAL "TALK THERAPY" WE WILL LEARN TO USE THE BODY TO REGULATE OUR EMOTIONAL STATE. THROUGH DEEP RESTORATIVE POSTURES, SELF-KNOWLEDGE AND BREATH WORK WE TAP INTO THE RELAXATION RESPONSE WHICH LEADS TO A HIGHER LEVEL OF AWARENESS AND INCREASED ABILITY TO COPE WITH OUR EMOTIONS. TRANSFORMING FROM WITHIN.

-BREATH WORK USED TO CALM & CENTER

-VARIOUS THERAPEUTIC YOGA POSTURES DESIGNED TO INDUCE RELAXATION & CALMING
