THINGS TO KNOW:
- TRY & AVOID EATING PRIOR TO CLASS. IT'S BEST TO NOT PRACTICE ON A FULL STOMACH. (LAST INTAKE AT LEAST 1-2 HRS. PRIOR)
- YOU SHOULD BRING WATER TO CLASS.
- YOU MAY WANT TO BRING A SMALL TOWEL(FOR LEVEL 1&2 CLASSES)
-SOME MATS ARE AVAILABLE FOR USE. IT'S BEST TO BRING YOUR OWN.
-The studio is never heated beyond 90 degrees to maintain safety. Temperatures above this can easily lead to dehydration & should be avoided. Hot yoga practice is not recommended during pregnancy. Please inform Ann of any injuries &/or medical conditions prior to class & she will work with you to modify as needed.
